measurements are as follows chest / tummy  size is 20 inches plenty room for diapers/ nappies. body size  chest to crotch is 11 inches 28 cm.. these are perfect for babies  weighing around 7 to 10 lb so birth to 3 months elasticated back and legs add shape and fit.. the seams are overlocked

this item is made in a smoke free home and is machine washable.
